Why I Built Dad In The Fight

I didn’t build this because I had it all figured out.

I built this because I was burned out — trying to balance work, life, marriage, fatherhood… and feeling like I was failing in all of them.

I’d lay in bed at night wondering:

  • Did I show up the way I wanted to today?
  • Do my kids see me as the dad I want to be?
  • Does my wife still feel chosen by me — or just carried by me?
  • Am I doing enough… or am I just treading water?

I’ve built businesses, teams, and programs — but when it came to my own life, I felt stuck. Like I was reacting to everything and leading almost nothing.

That’s when I realized:

I’m not lazy. I’m overloaded.
I’m not weak. I’m just tired of carrying it alone.

And I knew other dads were feeling the same thing.

So I created Dad In The Fight.

This isn’t about becoming a “better” dad — it’s about getting back in the fight. With purpose. With presence. With the fire we lost somewhere along the way.

It’s for the dads who are:

  • Grinding through the workday and still trying to bring energy home
  • Carrying the emotional and mental weight of providing and parenting
  • Wanting to lead their family with intention — but not sure where to start

Here, you’ll find tools, prompts, and support to help you:

  • Reignite your purpose
  • Reconnect with your presence
  • And lead like the dad your family already believes you are

No fluff. No preaching. Just real talk, small actions, and momentum.

Start with the 7-Day Fire Starter Challenge — and let’s get after it.

We’re not perfect. But we’re in the fight.
